The University Classic

The University Classic is a true community event, attended by hundreds of performers and spectators. The main attraction is high school marching bands from around the State of Florida (and sometimes beyond), performing in friendly competition as they are evaluated by a professional team of adjudicators. The hundreds of student performers are joined by their parents, instructors, and fans. With such a exciting atmosphere, advertising at the Classic is a great way for your company to reach out and engage the local community!

This year, the Classic will take place on October 20, 2018 and there are several different ways for you to get involved!

Vendor Booths

From souvenirs to musical instruments, delicious food to college recruitment, vendor booths provide life and energy to the community spirit of the University Classic. Setting up a booth is a great way to have an all-day presence among the students, parents, teachers, and everyone else who walks through the gate! Our show announcer will periodically remind the audience to stop by and see everything you have to offer. Spots are only $250 for the day, but space is limited, so sign up soon!

Program Advertisements

The programs sold at the Classic feature the show schedule, information about each band, and the names of each student performer. Advertising is available in the program: a business card-size space is $25, a half-page ad is $50, and a full page is only $100. For any and all local companies, this is a great way to get your name out there!

Show Announcements

In addition to announcing each band, our designated show broadcaster can name your business, thank you for your support of our students, and let everyone know what you have to offer. For a $50 show announcement package, your blurb will be read at least once every hour of the show to make sure no one misses it!
